pkoj Terms & Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pkoj platform and all related services. By accessing the pkoj website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the pkoj website, mobile version, and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who is registered on pkoj and uses its services.
• "Account" refers to your personal account registered on pkoj.
• "Services" refers to online gaming, betting, and other entertainment services provided by pkoj.
• "Bonus" refers to incentive rewards and credits provided by pkoj.

1.3 Right to Amend Terms

pkoj reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible for significant changes.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on pkoj, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person under the age of 21 may open an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game on this platform. We implement age verification measures to prevent minors from gambling and reserve the right to suspend accounts in cases of suspicion.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method will be considered a violation of these Terms, and all associated accounts may be closed. Any deposited funds or bonuses in such cases may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms. pkoj may request necessary documents for identity verification (national ID, passport, etc.) at any time. Failure to submit documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. pkoj will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing account credentials with a third party or from negligence on your part.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkoj currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

Transactions made through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit on pkoj is ৳300 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transaction requests below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held if identity verification or unusual activity is suspected. In such cases, our support team will contact you.

3.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on pkoj are secured using SSL encryption technology. We do not share users' financial information with any third party. Transaction receipts will be stored in the history section of your account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pkoj offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳22,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• A user may claim only one welcome bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.
• Some games may be ineligible for bonus wagering — contact support for specific details.
• pkoj reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

pkoj operates a four-tier VIP program for regular players. VIP tiers and weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers by playing consistently and increasing the volume of play.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

pkoj is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games operated on our platform use technically impartial algorithms. We do not tolerate any fraudulent conduct towards players and hold the same expectation in return.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Artificially attempting to meet wagering requirements

• Exploiting software or technical errors

5.3 Account Suspension & Termination Policy

If pkoj determines that a user is engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. pkoj reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance in such cases.

6.2 Setting Limits & Self-Exclusion

9.2 Third-Party Software

Games operated on the pkoj platform use software from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft). pkoj's liability for any errors in these providers' software or services is limited.

9.3 Liability for Gaming Losses

Players participate in games at their own risk, and individuals are solely responsible for any financial losses. pkoj does not accept liability for any financial loss arising from participation in games. There is no guarantee of winning in gaming and it is entirely for entertainment purposes.

10.1 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed before the account is closed. Available balance (subject to bonus terms being met) will be returned after the process is complete.

10.2 Account Closure by pkoj

pkoj may close an account in the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a breach of Terms is found
• It is confirmed that registration was carried out using false information
• Fraud or illegal activity is suspected
• After extended inactivity (contact support for the specific period)

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies together form the entire agreement between pkoj and the user. If any clause of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.

11.2 Language of Communication

pkoj provides support in both Bengali and English. If any ambiguity arises between the Bengali and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Bengali version will take precedence.
